フロントパネルのプラスチック製のハンドルが片方壊れています。フロントパネルは常に閉じた状態なので、透明テープで本体フレームに固定しており、問題なく動作しています。メインのフロントパネルは、フィルターの清掃が必要な時（年に1～2回程度）のみ開きます。そのため、透明テープで固定することで開閉時のトラブルを防ぎ、問題はありません。
室内機はクリーニング済みですので、室内機はとても清潔です。
室外機にガスは回収済みですが、設置環境によってはガス補充が必要になる場合があります。

One of the plastic handles on the front panel is broken. Since the front panel is always closed, it is secured to the main frame with clear tape and works without issue. The main front panel only opens when the filter needs cleaning (approximately once or twice a year). Therefore, securing it with clear tape prevents issues when opening and closing it.
The indoor unit has been cleaned and is very clean.
The outdoor unit has been charged with gas, but gas refilling may be necessary depending on the installation environment.
